Dr Who Advent Calendar ! and all the productions for the "Un Sapin pour Noël" challenge !

My friend Hugh from "Small Scale World" has send us a lovely advent calendar from "Dr Who Adventures"!

It contains a lot of "monsters" : Daleks, Silents, Cybermen, Weeping Angels, Judoons, etc...   in a very soft plastic (I don't think that they could be easy to paint!):

And I would like to show you a (small) part of our Dr Who Collection :

C'est le challenge proposé par Mehapito ("Au Bord du Fleuve" ) :

Un sapin pour Noël
Objectif : Faire tenir un sapin et une figurine sur un socle de 1'' (2,5cm)
Précisions : Ce serait mieux si ça avait un sens ! 

J'ai choisi d'en faire une petite histoire en images....

Objective: To keep a tree and a figure on a 1" base(2.5 cm)
Detail: It would be better if it made sense!

Il était une fois, il y a bien longtemps, dans un petit village..... 
Once upon a time, a long time ago,  in a small village .....

.... et depuis ce temps, tous les ans à la même époque, on fête Noël en décorant le sapin et avec un étrange bonhomme en Rouge et Blanc ....
.... and since that time, every year at the same period, we celebrate Christmas by decorating the Christmas tree and with a strange fellow in Red and White ....

DWARVEMBER IV / DWARVISH TRAVELLER b (Mithril again...)

I've painted the second dwarf of the M306 "Dwarvish Travellers" to complete the little scene which can be seen here : "Dwarves Travellers and Pony"
and that's the End of Dwarvember , the most "dwarvisish" month that I've ever seen !!

 

 

December will be a Christmas Month, so I'm sure that you all have your own project for it.

I've no project in mind (and on the desk! ) this year  but who knows ?
