"(LIGHT) ALLIANCE" : DWARVES (set 2) #72008 -Painted Review

After the "Half-Orcs", the "Orcs", it's time to show the "DWARVES" !

I could painted them in Tartan dress  because of the Bagpiper !
so I could have named them "Scottish Dwarves" !

Pictures are better than a lot of blabla ... and I don't know what to say about this set!
just: it's a good set, with very dynamic figures.... I like them !

If you are interested, one picture to compare the Alliance Dwarves and the Caesar Dwarves:

and to finish this post and this first serie of the ALLIANCE Fantasy range, a picture of the Big Band which  is the specialist of
"Orck&Troll Music"

"SHAKHAI PORCNK"

(on the flag, you can read "We Play The Best Music Over the World" )

  2. Like them Pascale! It's about time I start painting the Allience figures I have! I might buy these to! I'm curious what it will give if I paint them in teh same colours as the Caesar dwarves I've painted!

    Greetings
    Peter

  3. Hi Sam,
So many brave dwarves you painted! I really enjoyed your work.
The legs are short. What size of this set?
    They are playing RPG?
    =)

short legs: dwarves are not tall guys !
they are about 20mm (1/72 scale) and no RPG : I'm not a gamer... maybe they will appear in a distant project!

  5. Really nice work on this bunch, Pada. I translated the writing on the banner and it reads "Happy Hour Starts in Five Minutes!"

  7. Fantastic work Sam! I've been away from your blog for way too long. A ton of inspiration for me, although now I want to buy more sets. My desk looks bout like yours, except I have less progress on figures.

    1. Thanks Sean ! I'm not a lot on blogger too, so I understand; sometimes the choice is "painting or blogging" ... take time to paint !
They are nice sets, right... I'm waiting for the new ones and I hope that they will do a set of "Halflings" !!
